Not Included:

• Travel medical insurance, that can be purchased on the check-out page of your trip. Budget approximately $99-129 for travel medical insurance.
• International Flight not Included, but can be booked through our agency. Budget approximately $1,100-1,400 for your international roundtrip flight from the USA.
• Credit card payment fees of $88.00.

Attention:

A minimum of 8 students are required for the program to run. Do not purchase airfare nor any of our program components until you receive confirmation from our Program Manager.

Refund Policy

Because HBCUs Abroad makes significant financial commitments (housing, activities, transportation, site visits, guide, etc.) to vendors on behalf of participants well in advance, there will be no refunds for cancellations within 60 days of the program start date. It is strongly suggested that you purchase trip cancellation insurance or trip cancellation insurance that includes a Cancel For Any Reason CFAR policy.
