Fees are 100% non-refundable 60 days before the program start.  

We provide high-quality education abroad programs, which range in duration from 1-week short trips to 4-week summer campus programs to semester programs. . 

REFUND POLICY / WHEN TO BOOK

For our 1-Week Short Trips

Minimum of 8 students required for the program to run. Do not purchase airfare nor any of our program components until you receive confirmation from our Program Manager.

Refund Policy

Because HBCUs Abroad makes significant financial commitments (housing, activities, transportation, site visits, guide, etc.) to vendors on behalf of participants well in advance, there will be no refunds for cancellations within 60 days of the program start date. It is strongly suggested that you purchase trip cancellation insurance which includes the Cancel For Any Reason CFAR policy.
